In the fall I will be working in the corporate group at a Chambers corporate band 1 firm in a secondary market. I want to laterally move to NY.
What practice area is best to focus on?
The firm does proxy work for numerous companies, a bunch of middle market PE deals, some public M&A, and is corporate counsel to 1-2 IPOs a year.

any of these would be fine. I'd say try to get some experience in all of them if possible.Anonymous User wrote:
