Callback - no one gave a timeline

Recently did a call back at a smaller firm in a secondary market. Had interviews with a handful of people. No one mentioned when I should hear a decision by. Is that a bad sign? Should I reach out and ask someone, or just wait it out?

You should have asked them in your callback. Given you didn't ask, just give them 2 weeks before following up.
