With so many options available to choose for work technology between laptops or desktops, big monitor or dual monitors, docking stations, iPads, and on and on, what is the option you prefer and why?

Similarly, which firm offers the best and most up to date tech?

It's all terrible. Lawyers are not very up to date tech wise and as of late they are much more serious about security. The end result is regardless of what computer you get you will be running an old version of word that crashes a lot and using an phone that won't properly update emails half the time.

I'm a busy guy so I carry a laptop around that remotes into a server in my office. When I'm physically at the office I still use the laptop but I plug it into my dual monitors.

I like this set up, I had a dedicated computer, but it was old and slow, had internet blocks, and drove me nuts.
