The other SA housing swap thread is getting ridiculous so I'm starting a new one with a narrower geographic scope.

No swap, but 2 bd unit in downtown berkeley, close to bart, can be left furnished with internet. Looking for 2200/mo pro-rated for your summer, but open to negotiation.

I am looking to sublet something in SF this summer during my SA May 24-July 25.

To the person above, 2200 is simply out of my price range, but if anyone is willing to make a deal/not have their summer be a total bust where they are paying two rents please message me. I am in New Orleans so I am doubtful that anyone will want to swamp, but hey, open to that too!

Also looking to sublet something for the summer in SF (although open to a broader range as long as near train).

Very open to a 2 bedroom with someone else spending the summer there too if someone wants to hit me up to look together.

Berkeley area, May 29-July 21. Rent is approx. $925/month & can be adjusted for a shorter length of stay (rent-controlled, FTW). Utilities must be paid separately and will be split with another roommate. The space is a 2 bedroom apartment shared w/ chill law school roommate. You'll have a fully furnished, private room. Female preferred. Must be approved by roommate & landlord.

Looking:
North Hollywood/Burbank area (SA is in Burbank, but lmk if your place is within a 40 minute commute in the mornings), May 28-July 21 (dates flexible). Must be a private room, bed provided, & allow a cat. Rent limit is flexible, lmk your price.
