Most employers won't call you in for an interview unless you are at least top 20. So the higher you can get, the better.

Probably won't help for biglaw or federal government positions that require top 20%.

UBE ? If so, what was your score ?

UBE low 360s forgot exactly and don't have the paper handy.

I took the bar before the UBE was a thing, but does it actually tell you where you placed? Someone from my school was reported as having the highest essay grade average on that particular year's state bar exam, but I can't imagine that being a factor to hire someone. Not even sure how they figured out that result.

State posts top three scores and names publicly day of exam results.

Its one of those things you can put on your bio when you are a 50 year old rainmaker. A la Fred Bartlit has "highest GPA at Illinois law in the history of the law school" , or maybe firm will post something on linked in. Don't think it will impact a hiring decision at all

In my mind, the bar exam is pass/fail and no one cares about anything beyond that. That being said, slap it on your resume and report back your results.
