Does anyone know the salary scale for this firm? Is it Cravath?

Below market salary and bonus. Their hours requirement was also around 1700 or 1800 if I recall correctly.

Poster above me literally just made that up.
First year pay is 180,000 (they moved up when everyone else moved last year). From then on the raises and bonuses are way below Cravath scale (black box). 1950 hr billable requirement.
