C+ in 3L

Got a C+ in a course this semester. Shocked because I've never gotten less than a B+. I'm a 3L at a T14 with an accepted post graduation offer at a V100. My other grades this semester were all A minuses (or passes in P/F courses) and my semester GPA was a 3.3. My overall GPA is now pretty much exactly what it was at OCI in 2L (i.e. slightly above median) since my grades went up in 2L. The course was lit related and I'm going into corporate. I have a great relationship with my firm's recruiting partner. How worried should I be?

Your other grades were fine so not a big deal. Don't get any C+s this semester

I'm floored that obtaining nothing less than a B+ places one slightly above median. Are people graduating with 4.5 GPAs?

I wouldn't even qualify this as worrying if you were a 2L going into the summer given that your grades are still around median at a T14.
Having **already accepted a post summer offer**, I cannot imagine a world where this would have any effect whatsoever on your job. You didn't fail out of the class who cares.
The only thing that could affect your job at this point is probably failing the bar.

I got a C+ in 3L (other grades were also below median) that pulled my overall GPA down around the bottom 15% of my class and well below what I was hired with at a ~V40. Nobody cared. Just don't fail the bar.
