Resume Launchpad - Mass Mailing Tool?

Years ago, there was a mass mailing tool called Resume Launchpad that charged like $0.25/firm to mass mail. Is there currently anything like that? I'm looking to switch practice areas, and don't mind changing markets, but don't have enough time to go firm by firm in each city. Is there anything like resume launchpad around? Thanks!
