My gf accidentally smashed my personal computer one night when we were wasted so now I basically only have this laptop my firm gave me and my phone which is also the firm's.

I'm also pretty cool with the office's IT guy and I know he would just lol but can they even see what u browse if ur on your own network at home and in incognito mode in chrome?

I work in InfoSec for a gov agency, laptops have software installed that records the URLs that are visited.

As a matter of course we are not going out of our way to look for this activity, but there is a reasonable chance it will be observed (as many of the sites overlap with sites/servers that are suspected security risk). From time to time labor and employee relations will go on a hunt for specific users activities, these scenarios do not seem to work out well for people.
