Planning on quitting in May, when to notify office?

I plan on quitting my PD job in May for personal reasons totally unrelated to work. I love my coworkers, clients, support staff, and want to avoid burning bridges. Not planning on returning to this office, per se, but I do plan on returning to the same legal community. How many weeks/months notice would you give?

Standard is 2 weeks. There's a chance that they may tell you to leave once you give notice.

If it's biglaw they almost definitely won't. I'd do it now and reap the rewards of NO WORK.

What exactly do you mean "personal reasons?" That may influence the appropriate notification time.

OP said PD.

Personally, I'd do the standard 2 weeks
