Do Firms Ask for Transcripts After Clerkships?

If you're doing a D Ct./CoA combo, will firms (especially lit boutiques- Kellogg, W&C, Susman etc.) still ask for a transcript? And if so how much are grades weighted in relation to the clerkships?

do you already have an offer? if not and you're just applying for an associate position, then yes, yes they will ask for a transcript. i imagine they look at your whole package--grades, law review, clerkship, hobbies.

They do ask for it, and it's still a very important factor, especially for the firms you mentioned.
