I am a junior associate looking to lateral firms. One connection I have at a particular firm spoke with their recruiting department and they said it would be helpful to provide a deal sheet along with my resume.

Anyone have any good tips/resources for updating a resume and creating a deal sheet? Just looking for a template or something to help me out.
