Foley Hoag Public International Law Practice

Hi,
Can anyone please speak to Foley Hoag's public international law practice? It is the only firm that seems to have a real public international law practice, meaning one that extends beyond just investor-state arbitration. They advertise that in addition to investor-state arbitration, they do ICJ, UNCLOS, and other types of cases as well. Does anyone know how true this is? Moreover, is it possible to do these matters full-time, or do lawyers in the PIL group have to do domestic litigation as well to make hours?
Thanks.
