Anyone know the salaries/comp structure for these firms?

My good friend works in Stoel and is starting his 4th year and he is making 135k base. I think starting salary is 120k or 125k.

I did an SA at one of the bigger Portland firms and my understanding is that the comp structure is lot a less lockstep than other markets. In other words, "merit" (i.e. hours billed) plays a larger role.
