Callback Timing

Had a callback at a V20 last Friday in NY. How long do things take now that the hiring season is slowing down? When would it be appropriate to send a follow up?

I'd think the CB to Offer timeline would be much quicker, since firms are getting more desperate to fill the last few spots.
