Top Law Schools

I had an interview about two weeks ago with a big law firm in the bay area. I haven't heard from them, and at this point I'm 99.99% certain that the rejection is in the mail. Should I follow up?

other random facts:
-I'm still waiting on bar results. I'm from CA, but went to an out of state school, so I'm not optimistic (to say the least!) about my chances of passing.
-I have a job, but I don't like it
-I had to follow up once during the interview process

Also, I'm not sure what going to an out-of-state school has to do with your chances of passing the bar.

CA's bar pass rate is much lower for out of state students than in state students.

No it isn't. But even if it were, what would it have to do with your chances? Do you think the bar exam graders give extra points to California residents?
