Does anyone know what they do mostly? And do they have a lot of startups/ VC works? Chicago only.

They do your pretty typical M&A stuff. I haven't heard of them having an active startup practice. That's probably something you'd do on a Pro Bono basis.

How about other offices like SF/SV? Also mostly M&A?
