Nixon Peabody culture/reputation, etc? (non-boston)

Looking for some info about Nixon Peabody's culture, reputation, whether they have no-offered any summers, etc. Also curious about whether or not they have raised to 180 yet. Some conflicting reports it appears on above the law. Especially interested in non-boston offices in large cities (NYC/DC)

A partner explicitly told a group of law students that 180k isn't going to happen at Nixon (NY/DC).
They provide "other benefits."
