Alright BIGLAWYERS, the year is 2/3 done. What are your hours?

DC associate. I'm at 1658 (inclusive of pro bono), about 60 other random semi-countable hours.

Second Year; Non-NYC primary; Our year ends October 31. At 1750 billable hours (plus pro bono and other hours I can't be bothered to calculate).

2000 hours are required.

ETA: Year, Market, Requirement.

2100 required, year ends October 31. Was at 1530 billable and around 80 other countable hours at the end of August. The sad thing is that I am on pace to make it if the last three weeks is indicative of my pace for the rest of the billable year (and I have strong reasons to believe it is).

Silicon valley corporate first year. 1900 hours required, can be pro bono, biz dev, shadowing etc, within caps I will not reach. I am about 1250 all in for creditable hours. Year end Dec 31. Not gonna make it.

Just broke 1200. Corporate 1st year at a firm with an 1800 hour requirement, pro rated to whenever they make the bonus decisions (early December). I'm basically dead on track -- could be close.

1,550 by Aug 31. Sep 30 fiscal year. 1800 goal and could make it if pushed, but will likely fall around 1700. Small market, corporate, regional big/midlaw.

Midlaw, corporate, first year. 1150 creditable hours as of the end of August with a minimum of 1800. It's doable, but the work has completely dried up, so I'm doubtful I'll make it.

SF biglaw lit. Midlevel. 1550 billable, 50 pro bono, 100 firm development/recruiting/etc.

Dec. 31 is year-end, so right on pace for 2200. Pretty busy, should hit it. Looking to leave after this year so pushing hard for bonus.

Midlevel secondary market, tax. 1360 billable as of end of august, approx 40 pro bono, year ends 12/31. Billable requirement is 1900, on track for 2100, but will be taking late in the year vacations to avoid going too far over 1900.

NY V15 Corporate First Year

1360 plus something like 100 hours of non-billable but firm related stuff. Think I'll hit 2k just barely but it's an arbitrary number as we have no billable minimum. Was dragged down by a 100 hour January and 60 hour March and have been busy since.

I wonder how "sorry - I way over shot my hours this year so am taking advantage of our unlimited vacation policy this entire month" would go over.
