West Coast Estate Planning

Does anyone know about the reputation and training of the estate planning practice groups(west coast) listed? Ideally I would like to be well trained and marketable in this area of the law. Conversely, are there any firms to caution?

Withers is one of the best private client firms. Training is excellent. The CA offices are well integrated with east coast and global offices.
First year pay as of last year for CA was around 145K. Don't know if that has changed. Quality of life is great compared to your standard biglaw firm. That being said HNW and UHNW estate planning is a technically demanding field and the hours can still be tough.
