Mid size v. Small firm pros/cons

Currently work for a mid-size firm in Nevada (20 lawyers). Recently got a job offer for a small firm (2 lawyers in this office).
Just wondering what the pros/cons are of working in a midsize v. small firm?
The small firm pays 10k more than what I make now with a better bonus structure. I just recently got a raise. Lower billables. Health benefits are the same. 401 k is matching (current firm doesn't match). Current firm I feel like I'm comfortable now. I do not get the opportunities to do super important stuff at my current firm (argue big motions, depose key experts etc.). Current firm is much fancier. Other firm is meh office wise. New firm would allow me to do 50% Plaintiff's work, 50% defense work. I'm currently a defense lawyer but have been thinking about trying to switch. I've only been practicing 1 year and 3 months but have gotten a lot of experience (depositions, meditations, some court experience).
