Help me choose: Latham (San Diego) vs. Wilson Sonsini (Austin)

Apart from the obviously awesome cities that SD and Austin are, what are some thoughts on Latham & Watkins SD office and/or WSGR Austin office? Looking to do IP lit. Thanks.
