Cahill v. MIlbank (NY) - White Collar & Bankruptcy/Restructuring

Need to decide between Cahill Gordon and Milbank Tweed. Interested in White Collar / Investigations but also growing interest in Bankruptcy/Restructuring. I like Cahill's free-market so I could have access to both types of work, but Milbank's Bankruptcy/Restructuring department is Band 1. Any advice or idea?

For the people who voted, any reason as to why Milbank over Cahill?

Cahill has effectively no bankruptcy department. So that should make this an easy one.

I think both firms are supposed to be pretty healthy financially. Cahill has one of the highest PPPs around. Up there with S&C, STB, Kirkland, etc. Milbank's a tier below but still very sound. Milbank is less leveraged so RPL is comparable. I don't know how much this should weigh in your decision making though. The bigger issue seems to be Cahill's weak bankruptcy practice.

Re: culture. I have a few friends at Milbank and I only hear good things. One of the more laidback firms you'll find. Know nothing about Cahill though.
