When your callback involves a meeting with a recruiting staff member (usually pretty high up, like a director or similar), what are you supposed to ask them? Just...summer associate logistics or what? I don't see why that would matter before I get an offer, but I'll play along if they want me to.

Summer Associate logistics is a good way to go. They'll have a good idea of how work is assigned, if there are any sort of rotations, etc.
