Interested to hear what TLS has to say. I was blown away by the atmosphere and people at O'Melveny, but all of these firms seem to have that to an extent.
I'm planning on transactional work (open to all practice areas within that at the moment), and primarily interested in a firm that is invested in associate development and attempts to mitigate some of the downsides of Big Law (working from home options, no face-time requirement, etc.). Appreciate the insight.
