Scheduling back to back callbacks

I have a callback in another city in a few weeks. I want to email other firms I already did screeners with to let them know i'll be in town and am interested in scheduling a callback with them. How do I write an email saying that without sounding pretentious. Right now I have this:

"Dear XXXX:

I hope this email finds you well. I enjoyed speaking with XXX and XXX and remain very interested YYYY.

I have a callback interview in ---- on Monday, August 29; therefore, if the office has availability, I would like to meet attorneys at the office on Tuesday."

I think it sounds weired

Did you get invited to a callback? They know you are interviewing with other places - no need to hide it. I would tell them and schedule accordingly. I did it, and it did not hurt.

It's not weird at all to tell a firm you have other callbacks. Given that they split costs, that's information they literally need to know. It's going to come up in interviews, too--"Where else are you interviewing?" is not an uncommon question at all.
