When I had a callback on a Wednesday, they got back to me late Friday.

Generally I've heard 1-2 business days, so I'd expect you'll hear something soon.

They no longer do offers on the spot. Last year was the first year they started doing offers the next day

I know sooo few people get dinged at callback stage for S&C (I hate that I am likely one of them), but what should I expect? Call/email/nothing? Anyone have a time frame?
