Relatedly, if your OCI interviewer isn't your CB interviewer, is it okay to just drop by during the CB to say hi to the OCI interviewer just because you thought he/she was cool but also because he/she asked you to do so during his phone call extending the CB? When would it be best to do this (i.e. as you're leaving, or before the CB interviews begin?)

Totally fine. Maybe shoot them an email a day or two before to let them know you're coming in for a CB. Then whoever you finish the CB with (recruiting or an attorney), ask them to bring you buy the screener's office at the end.

At some firms the OCI interviewer will greet you and take you to your first interview. If the OCI interviewer asked you to stop by during the CB, I would just mention it to your last interviewer or to the person from the recruiting office who greets you.
