Hi, did anyone get an offer from Baker Mckenzie SF? I have not heard from them for two weeks.

I did Palo Alto last week and still nothing. The recruiting manager told me they will reach out "eventually." Either I got dinged or they are just not ready to send out offers.

Haven't heard back either. Though they started interviewing weeks ago....I have a feeling some offers are already out.
Do you guys know how picky Baker's tax group is? Only top 10% at T14, or do others have a shot?
Also, do you know if they do a fair amount of planning? During the interview it seemed like they were super heavy on controversy.

I would honestly be shocked if they only took top 10% @T14. Most of the associates that I interviewed with were not T-14 grads.
I think they are heavy into controversy but they told me 1/3 for each practice so who knows.
