That would depend heavily on the office, I would think.Anonymous User wrote:Just not calling yet or was interviewer full of shit?

They might just be taking their time. But sometimes interviewers think they're going to give a call back but change their mind later, whether because they interview an even better candidate or they take a second look at the resume and grades and simply change their mind. There's no way to know which it is in your case so try not to worry about it. It's out of your hands now, you'll either get a callback or you won't.Anonymous User wrote:Just not calling yet or was interviewer full of shit?
Nice contribution jackass.Yeezus Wept wrote:Maybe you can bring a promissory estoppel claim against him OP.
Well what exactly is OP expecting? Literally no one knows here. How could anyone, except that specific interviewer, have anything to tell OP that would enlighten him on whether his interviewer was lying or he just needs to wait?NoBladesNoBows wrote:Nice contribution jackass.Yeezus Wept wrote:Maybe you can bring a promissory estoppel claim against him OP.

As someone who just did OCI, I also had massive anxiety brought on by waiting for callbacks, especially when a jackass buddy of mine announced he had a callback at my top firm a full day before I finally got mine. But I dealt with it by drinking and buying a pack of cigarettes like a normal person, not posting pointless questions to an internet forum.
