Do smaller/mid-sized firms yield protect at OCIs? I have strong credentials and the four firms that I have OCIs with are larger and more prestigious than the two that declined to interview me. There could be other reasons these firms declined to interview me, but I'm just curious if firms do this.

smaller firms generally take fewer interviews so they stick with candidates historically in their range of offers.
