I don't know if this helps at all, but I applied to a division for an internship and got a response in like a few hours (ended up being unable to take the internship, though, because it unfortunately conflicted with another obligation). I doubt that's typical of the office in general, but depending on the division, you can probably get a response back pretty quickly.

Which division was that? I think I applied for all the ones that are probably super competitive, haha.

Don't want to say, but if you list the ones you applied to, I can tell you if it includes the one I applied to.
