Hi all,

I've received an offer for a summer associate position and accepted it.
Can I add it to my CV under employment with date: Expected May 2017?

Thanks!!

It's fine to add, but I would make sure you really have a good reason for needing a CV in the first place. You might, but I haven't met a 2L who needed more than a basic resume.

Another way to address it, if proper, is by doing so in your cover letter.

So you think a line in CV would not be proper?
I'm not sure if it a custom to do so or not...

Thanks!

You can put it in CV. It's not like there's a law against it. Depending on the offer though, I would probably just mention it in the cover letter. But that depends on what looks better to you and what you think presents the information better to those receiving it.
