Interested in biglaw firms with dedicated white collar groups that associates can join so all they do is white collar/government enforcement work. I only know of skadden. Any others?

You mean, you don't want to do any civil lit? Dunno which firms silo associates into white collar only immediately, but I would actually advise you not to do that if you can. Very few substantive writing opportunities for juniors in white collar work, you will very quickly become a mid level who doesn't know how to research or write a brief. Better to have at least some work where you've actually got an active court case.
