2L SA at a v40 from MVP, in a non-NY major market. Low grades as a 1L (bottom 5%, sub 3.0).

2L, I got B-, B, B, A-, A-, A-, A, A. Loving the firm I'm at, and will absolutely accept their offer (assuming I get one), but if not, do I have a shot at getting a job through 3L recruiting?

GPA now is only up to ~3.1-3.2.

I don't see you getting anything better than you already have. Check your firm's NALP stats, but I can almost guarantee that you'll get an offer if it's V40. 3L OCI is for people who want to make a change, I'd say it's not worth the effort for you
