conflict of interest?
I haven't taking ethics yet, so I don't know. But is it an issue if opposing counsel on a case I'm working on will be one of my professors next semester? As you can tell, I'm a SA.

Re: conflict of interest?
This is a question you should direct to your firm's general counsel. Full disclosure is always better now than later. Probably won't be an issue.

Probably not considering your summer program will be over by then and thus your involvement in the case.
