Critique my mass mail email body (cover letter)?

Also, should I say the whole thing about looking for a firm with a strong litigation practice if the firm doesn't actually have a particularly strong litigation focus? I figure you can have a strong litigation practice without having it be your primary practice, right? Or does it really not matter at all?
