Received a call from the interviewer saying that I've received a callback and that recruiting should be reaching out thru e-mail to set something up - its been about a day and haven't heard anything, is there ever a point when I should reach out to recruiting?

Somewhat urgent question if someone has an answer:

If we interviewed at diversity fair and haven't heard back yet, but also received a bid for the same firm's office thru our school's OCI lottery - what am I supposed to do with that OCI screener? is it best to reach out to the firm to cancel or should I just keep it on my schedule?

Reach out tomorrow morning. You have a callback to plan as early in the schedule as possible! As long as you are kind in your wording of the e-mail nobody would hold any urgency against you.

Latham
Ropes
Orrick
Dechert

Can't believe these decent firms can be so inefficient in callbacks. Their HRs should be fired.

Based on my experiences, it really depends. Some firms want you to attend both if they think you are a good candidate at diversity fair. Others, they don't even allow you to do that. So check with HR is your safest bet.
