Hard to answer without knowing what market you're looking at and what Band ranking you're talking about. Some firms with strong antitrust practices are more grade selective than others. Generally with above median grades at a lower T14 you should be competitive for at least some firms with strong antitrust practices, but if you have some firms/markets in mind people will be able to give you more specific feedback.
FYI, your internship and high level policy experience won't have much impact on your competitiveness beyond the fact that they might help demonstrate genuine interest in antitrust practice, which could be helpful at a firm that has a substantial antitrust practice. But you're not going to be hired for your antitrust expertise - your grades/school/market will be the strongest predictor of whether you're competitive at these firms.
