Is it too early to begin mass mailing? I want to begin as soon as possible but I genuinely have no idea what the timeline for this looks like. Now? Early July? Mid July?

If you're a 2L, go ahead and do it now. If you're a 3L, wait until early-mid July, when people are getting their offers, and letting firms know about clerkships, etc.
