Not sure its fair to place Orrick on the CovingTTTTon list. They matched in all markets where they paid $160k prior and they increased salaries by a significant margin in their tiny market offices. I mean that's a shitload of money in Seattle, Portland, ect.

Yea, $165,000 in Portland is insane. I think market there is like $125,000, at least when I was looking there last year.

The Dechert Philly guys are fuckin KILLING it. 2 years ago they were at 145. Now they're at 180.
