Seemingly insurmountable E-QIP problems

Post by omegaweapon » Sat Apr 16, 2016 7:02 pm

I'm doing a summer job with the government, and need to use E-QIP to do my background check. Initially, I created my account and logged in fine, but when it asked me to set up 2 factor authentication I got an error message. The system then seemed to work fine, but after I logged out, I couldn't log back in.

After this, they created a new code for me, and this code simply didn't work. There were several ambiguous letters (IE: 0/O, V/U) and I tried all combinations of those, which also didn't work. I've contacted them again to report that this didn't work.

At this point, I'm really frustrated, and worried that it'll impact my start date. Does anyone have any advice?
