Quick Q re PAYE eligibility / married filing separately

So, I think I misunderstood this based on previous PAYE topics. I'm graduating this spring. If I qualify for PAYE, and I think this says I do (had no outstanding balance on a Direct Loan or FFEL Program loan when I received a Direct Loan or FFEL Program loan on or after Oct. 1, 2007), and I get married, can I still file separately and make payments based on my income (not including my spouse's)? Or does the REPAYE "loophole" closure apply to PAYE applicants too and require payments based on combined spousal income regardless?

You're still good to go on PAYE.

You're good to go on PAYE. Do check out your school's LRAP program req's if you're going to be relying on LRAP too, though.

Thanks! Appreciate the clarification. Doesn't seem like there's any reason to go with REPAYE then in my particular case.
