Agree if the moonlighting is law related. In a law firm setting moonlighting is often grounds for automatic termination. Too much risk of liability.
Honestly not sure. I might be tempted to say that makes it ok, but I would still think disclosure would be necessary. Not sure how working in gov position changes this vs. law firm setting.RaceJudicata wrote:
