Hi. I am also interested to know more about this firm. Possible lateral opportunity (3rd year) to Ogletree. But would need to relocate. Would appreciate any feedback on salary scale, culture, billables. Thank you!

From what I understand, the billable requirement is 1900. Culture and salary I am unclear on as well. NALP has entry level listed as 115k. Vault has it at 125k. Not sure if it is different from office to office however.

Bringing this thread back to life, as it didn't seem to bring about any useful information.

Anyone have any info on Ogletree salary scale and any other benefits/perks? I know it varies for major market vs secondary, but any info would be useful for myself and others.

Thanks!

Larger markets range between 140-170 I believe.

There is a $10-15k bonus if you hit 1900 (not sure if this varies across offices). Hours-based bonus kicks in at 2000 (5% of base) and increases in increments of 50 hours up to 2200 hours (25% of base).

Thanks so much! Would the larger markets only include NY, DC, California, and Chicago? Thanks again!
