I have a interview with the Harris County District Attorney's Office soon. Any helpful advice pertaining to the interview and what to expect?
Thank you!

Re: Summer Internship at the Harris County DA's Office
The interview is for an internship?
I interned at Harris, one phone interview and then in-person. Just convince them you are a "believer in justice" or "for the cause". Show interest in prosecution and emphasize on your trial skills or trial related classes during law school, moot court, etc.
grades and school doesn't matter. avoid politics, as with any big city office, there is always drama. One intern was asked to leave from Harris because a prosecutor was walking by and overheard her on the phone mentioning something about the DA. Harris county is a very fast paced, volume heavy, and no-nonsense. Demonstrate that you are able to handle high stress as well. gluck.
