Hello. I work for a small immigration firm and thinking of lateraling to Ogletree's immigration practice group. Anyone has an idea what their salary scale is like? Are there billable hours or billable target $? How are they compared to Fragomen / BAL / Seyfarth / Foster and other known immigration firms?

If there are any long term immigration attorneys out there, please share what the general outlook / career path is like in this field.
