have questiosn for 3L year

I am going to biglaw for 2L summer and have questions about logistics questions that will only become relevant if i get an offer. Namely, i need ot sign a lease and whether or not i sign it depends on start dates, bar study, whether i can clerk there during 3L year etc. Is it presumptuous/inapprorpriate for me to ask my HR person these questions even thoguh i dont have an offer yet? for what its worth, the firm im going to is near 100% offer but i still dont want to come off entitled or rude.
edit: More specifically, i dont know if this makes a difference, but due to an illness, i missed a semester adn will be graduating in december instead of may. So, I kind of need to know when my start date would/will be.
