In House Background Check

Will a DUI be grounds for revoking an in house summer offer? I assume it isn't a big issue with a firm but I don't know if in house is different. If it is questionable, is there a good way to disclose it and ask the firm about it prior to accepting the offer?

I'd be shocked if they revoked for a DUI. I wouldn't disclose it unless the application asks about prior convictions, charges, etc.

This. Disclose everything the application requires you to disclose. No need to go out of your way disclosing anything else. Solid chances you will have to take a drug test before starting, so just pass that too and you should be set.

Op here.
I called HR after posting this and just disclosed/asked. I didn't want to decline other offers just to have that one be revoked. It wasn't an issue.
