I'm a 3L who will be starting at a California V20 in the fall. I would like to lateral to the corporate fraud division of the CA AG office after about 5 years. What will the pay look like? How much are annual raises? What are some of the perks.

I've already looked up the pay scale online, but a lot of it is discretionary.
